When a stored recipe is made, it is fundamental that the ingredients are being introduced exactly in
the same order as per the indications given on the display or the recipe guide.
WARNING: Never let the machine unattended while working.
NONSTICK FUNCTION
The purpose of this function is to avoid that - once the recipe is finished - the preparation sticks to the
glass, even during your absence. The machine, in fact, continues to mix the preparation for maximum 10
minutes, after which it stops.
At the end of each recipe that has a temperature, you will hear "beep" and the display will show:
In this case the robot continues to work at the last set speed, but without temperature. To stop the
machine press START/STOP.
At the end of a recipe, it appears:
You can decide to exit or to use the personal touch function.
PERSONAL TOUCH:
To facilitate the perfect success of the stored recipes, you can repeat the last sequence of processing as
follows:

Press the “clock” button

You will hear a beep

Set a time of your choice

Press the “Start” button
In this way the unit will repeat the last sequence with the same speed and the same temperature, for the
time you set. It is very useful, for example, to give a final touch to food preparations that are not to your
liking, without the need to reset all the digits again.
It is also possible to modify the others parameters (speed and temperature), pressing the related buttons.
