• The display will show “WT” a side of the degree symbol.
• Set the desired temperature.
• Press the TIME button.
• The display will continue to show “WT”.
• Set the desired time.
DIFFERENT USES OF THE TEMPERATURE FUNCTION
Temperature can be used in 4 different ways:
1. NORMAL: after setting temperature and time, the machine starts to warm up gradually and it will
continue until the time is over, even if the set temperature has not been reached.
2. ADVANCED: when you know at what temperature a recipe is ready, you set the desired
temperature without setting the time. In this way, when the preparation reaches the set
temperature, the machine will stop (example: custard).
3. CHEF: you set the Wait temperature (pushing for about 3 seconds the temperature button), then
set the desired time: the machine will start counting down the time only when it has reached the
set temperature.
4. TURBO TEMPERATURE: this function allows to reduce the heating time up to 50%. To set it you
simply press and hold the temperature button for a few seconds: first it shows the message WT
(Wait temperature) then, still holding down the temperature button, appears TURBO. (On the
display the TURBO sign continues to appear during the whole step). If you still holding down the
temperature button, it appears WT and under TURBO: in this case it is possible to simultaneously
use the Wait Temperature and the Turbo function. If you want to remove the function during
operation, just hold down the temperature button for some time and the function is eliminated.
When you use WT and TURBO functions at the same time, you must first set the
temperature with the "+" button and then keep pressing the temperature button as described
above, and finally set WT TURBO.
It is advisable to use this function only in those preparations where temperature accuracy is
not essential.
WARNING: during the use of the TURBO TEMPERATURE, it is advisable watching the
machine, in order to prevent the escape of liquid from the lid’s hole, during boiling.
WARNING: In case of high temperatures - to avoid burns - wait a few seconds before
opening the lid.
NONSTICK FUNCTION
The purpose of this function is to avoid that - once the recipe is finished - the preparation sticks to the
glass, even during your absence. The machine, in fact, continues to mix the preparation for maximum 10
minutes, after which it stops.
At the end of each recipe that has a temperature, you will hear "beep" and the display will show:
