WARNING: at the first use, it is possible that the device emit a low noise, due to the internal
stabilization of the joints. That is normal, and it will disappear in a short time.
When working you can change the parameters of speed, time and temperature and, with the “+” and “-”
symbols, define the new digits.
Proceed as follows:
• Press the START / STOP button to stop the appliance.
• Press the button corresponding to the parameter that you want to change for the setting.
• Press the “+” and “-” buttons to set the new digit.
• Press the START / STOP button to restart the unit.
The machine continue to work, following the new parameters, without stopping.
The unit will not start without any given set of parameters.
SPEED CONTROL
Selection of the blades’ speed as follows:
• Press the SPEED button
• Use “+” and “-” buttons to select the required speed. The speed set will appear on the display.
The appliance is equipped with different speed, from 0, 1, 1C, 1L to 10 and 10C. After turning on the device,
the speed is automatically set to 1.
WARNING: If you use the mixing paddle, do not exceed speed.
If you want to set a higher speed, remove the mixing paddle.
WARNING: The speed “0” can be displayed and selected only by setting a temperature first as
follows.
If you don’t set the temperature, the minimum usable speed is 1.
• Speed 10C is used for hard doughs, such as bread.
• Speed 1C move the blades as speed 1 but at intervals.
• Speed 1L is a speed between speed 1 and speed 2. It is used to stir creams and soups.
TIME
Selection of time duration:
• Press the TIME button.
• Use “+” and “-” to select the working time. The value of time set will be displayed.
• The range of time varies from 1 second to 2 hours and 30 minutes.
• If the TIME button is pressed with small shots, time will increase/decrease by 1 unit. If you keep it
pressed, time will increase/decrease quickly.
• If time exceeds 60 minutes, the display will show time in HH: MM.
• Maximum programmable time is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
