How can I start the cooking in the morning to
have dinner ready when I get home?
This VitaClay
Cooker cooks at a rate 4 times faster than a
conventional slow cooker. Once the cooking is
complete, the Cooker will automatically switch to the
Warm for up to 12 hours. Your food will be warm and
have a perfect texture when you are ready for
dinner!

How do I cook "Porridge" in my Cooker?
For rice-
or grain-based porridge, use the soup mode to cook
for at least 1.5 hours. Do NOT add milk until serving
time as it may cause overflow or food burning. See
the Slow Cooking section of this booklet for more
details.

Do I have account for high elevations?
Yes, if you
live at an altitude greater than 5,000 feet, it may
affect boiling time and may increase cooking time.
Take the usual steps to adjust.
Use the
“VitaClay Cooking Charts for VM7900 &
VF7700” for first-time cooking. After that, reduce or add
liquid amount and cooking time as needed based on
your results and preferences.
