After the cooking cycle completed, the Cooker will
switch to “Warm” mode.

The best rule for the first time of cooking is to check
halfway cooking to see if the beans are covered with
the cooking liquid during cooking. This allow you to
know how much water and time is required for your
bean variety and taste.
Use the
“VitaClay Cooking Charts for VM7900 &
VF7700” for first-time cooking. After that, reduce or add
liquid amount and cooking time as needed based on your
results and preferences.
A general guide to Cooking Oatmeal
•
Add 1 cup
steel cut or rolled oatmeal
and 3-4 cups
water in your clay pot.

Press the
Slow Cooking key to select the stew
mode
on the control panel, then use the Timer keys
to set cooking for 30 minutes.
•
You may leave cooked steel cut oats in Warm mode
for additional 30 minutes for a softer texture.
A general guide to Steaming Vegetables
•
Add 2-3 cups water to the clay pot and place a bowl
or steamer basket on top, ensuring that the water
does not come above the base of the steamer
basket.

Place vegetables in the bowl or steamer basket.
•
Press the
