To set a link’s preferences:
1. Right-click the link icon on the Link Bar and choose Preferences.

The Link Preferences dialog box appears and displays the 
preferences for the selected link. The following figure shows a 
sample of the link preferences.

2. Select the options you want and click OK.

Many links are supported, the preferences for each link are not 
described, but should be easy to select if you are familiar with the 
linked application.
