THE EDGE LIPPING PLANER USE
Read these OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
and the attached GENERAL SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS LEAFLET carefully
before using the machine. Make sure
you have understood them before ope-
rating the machine for the first time.
Keep both sets of instructions for any
future queries.
1. Before starting up the machine make sure that
the supply voltage is the same as that shown on the
specification plate.
2. Use safety goggles when working with this machine.
3. Use anti-dust protection mask.
4. Keep your hands away from the cutting area. Always
guide the planer firmly with both hands.
5. Avoid cutting nails. Check the work surface before
planing.
6. Always remove the plug from the mains socket
before carrying out any maintenance work with
the machine.
7. Always use original Wegoma by Virutex blades.
Never use blunt or damaged blades or blades of the
wrong size or in poor condition.
8. Always use the original Wegoma by Virutex cut-
terblock and blade holders mounted on the machine.
If necessary, replace them with original Wegoma by
Virutex parts.
9. Wait until the machine has come to a complete
stop before putting it down or storing it.
10. Wear earplugs when using the machine.
11. It is recommended that the machine be connected
to a dust collector when in use.
12. Never use the machine with the cutterblock
guard unattached.
