Firewall Cover Installation

Install (3) grommets onto the firewall cover as shown in Figure 4, below.
Apply a 1/4” bead of silicone around the mating surface of the firewall cover as shown in Figure 4a, below.
Secure the firewall cover to the firewall using (4) 1/4-20 x 1” hex bolts, flat washers and nuts, and (1)

#10 x 1/2” sheet metal screw (See Figure 4, below).

NOTE: The firewall cover installs on the engine

compartment side of the firewall.
