Center Louver Installation,
Using OEM Center Vent Trim

Remove the OEM center vent trim from the dash as shown in Figure 6, below.
Modify the center louver opening on the dash as shown in Figure 6a, below.
Install the center louver assembly into the dash as shown in Figure 6b, below.
Cut the OEM center vent trim using the template provided on Page 23 (See Figure 7, below).
NOTE: Remove
the louver from the center louver assembly.
Install the louvers into the OEM center vent trim as shown in Figure 7, below.
Reinstall the OEM center vent trim into the dash as shown in Figure 7, below.
