Delivery methods
Pellets are sold in 15 to 30 kg sacks, in bulk cartons up
to 1000 kg and in bulk.
Loose pellets are transported by silo tanker and blown
into the storage room via a hose system.
Non-approved fuels
Danger
Unsuitable fuels can lead to life threatening poi-
soning. Burning waste or wood that has been
treated with timber preservatives or has been
coated with materials containing organic halo-
genated compounds creates highly poisonous
flue gases.

Unsuitable fuels result in damage to the system
and increased emissions. Burning waste or
wood that has been treated with timber preser-
vatives or has been coated with materials con-
taining organic halogenated compounds may
result in serious corrosion damage in the boiler.

Do not heat with sawdust, fines (wood or
coal), coke, briquettes, etc.

Only use approved fuels

Non-wood fuels made from biomass such as nee-
dles, leaves, cereals, straw, husks, fruit stones, etc.

Wood waste coated in materials made of organic
halogenated compounds (PVC)
