Alarm and fault indicating contacts
The control unit is provided as standard with two potential-free outlets, through which other optional acoustic and optical alarm
devices can be connected. Both contacts work as a closing contact. In case of backflow, the alarm contact (clamping strip connec-
tion (7/8) is closed in "Back" mode. The error signal contact (clamping strip connection (9/10) closes in "Error" mode when an oper-
ating fault is reported. When allocating the contacts, you must ensure that a maximum current of 500 mA is not exceeded. In addi-
tion, only purely ohmic loads should be connected. An allocation of the potential-free outlets must only take place using a safety
low voltage and galvanic separation of the network. The use of a safety transformer in accordance with VDE 0551 or DIN/EN 60742
is permitted.
