Do not allow debris, grease, or oil to build up on any deck or surface.

When completing a maintenance or service function, ensure all safety
covers, shields, and devices are installed before placing the unit in
service.

Always prevent an accidental start; it can cause severe injury or death.

After service, remove all tools, parts, and service equipment from the
mower.

A fire extinguisher and the first aid kit must be readily accessible while
maintaining this equipment.

Hydraulic fluid is hot when the machine has just come to a stop.
Allow the implement to cool down entirely before repairing the
hydraulic system.

Avoid contact with high-pressure fluid at all times. Liquid under high
pressure quickly penetrates clothing or skin, resulting in serious injuries.

Prevent oil leakage or spillage to avoid the risk of slipping.

Replace rubber and plastic hoses after six years with equivalent hoses.

It is strictly forbidden to make any changes to the hydraulic system or
use it for other purposes.

Non-observance of the regulations, as mentioned above, is considered gross negligence. In this
case, the supplier is not liable for any damage.

8.1

Preventive Maintenance

Regular hydraulic system inspection is in everyone's interest; downtime due to overdue
maintenance is always more expensive.

Scheduled inspections at set times after a certain number of hours of operation, checking
crucial components preventively, can avoid costly repairs and downtime.

To avoid skipping certain parts, a good practice is to follow the direction of the oil. Starting at
the reservoir.
