Step 4: Operating a PTZ Camera

From the ViconNet

Main

window you can easily operate and control any

PTZ camera configured in your system. All PTZ functions are performed
and are available only for one selected PTZ camera at a time.

To operate a PTZ camera:

1. Ensure that the PTZ camera has been configured in the system.

2. Select the required PTZ camera from the

Site List

or

Video Display

area

.

3. Click the button. The live video from the selected camera

is displayed in the

Video Display

area with a red zoom control box

and yellow direction arrows.

4. Use the PTZ controls in the video display location, as follows:
