Introduction
The information in this manual provides installation and maintenance procedures for the V894CSH Corner-
Mounted and V894WSH Wall-Mounted Series of High-Security Camera/Housings. These units should only be
installed by a qualified technician using approved materials in conformance with federal, state, and local
codes. Read these instructions thoroughly before beginning an installation.
The V894CSH and V894WSH are integrated housing/camera/lens systems. A number of model variations are
available. Refer to Table 1 for a list of model descriptions. The terms V894CSH and V894WSH are used to
refer to all the models in the series unless specifically stated otherwise. The installation procedure is the same
for all models.

The V894CSH and V894WSH series meet UL safety standard 2044 and complies with FCC requirements for
a Class A device and with European Community EMC Directive 89/336 EEC. The product was subjected to
the testing outlined in European Normalization Standard EN 55022:1994 + A1:1995 (Class A)
(Electromagnetic Compatibility - General Emissions Standard Part 1) and EN 50082-1 (Electromagnetic
Compatibility - Generic Immunity Standard Part 1: Residential, Commercial and Light Industry).
