Troubleshooting
If the Kollector Network Server does not power-up correctly, check the following:
•
Verify that the outlet or UPS supplying power is actually active. Plug in a lamp or other device to the outlet
to verify the 120 or 230 VAC. If voltage is present, proceed to the next item.
•
Verify that the rear panel Power Switch is in the ON position (“I” pressed in). If the recorder fails to boot,
proceed to the next item.
•
Press the front panel Power Switch so it is in the ON position (“I” pressed in). If the recorder fails to boot,
call Vicon Technical Support.
•
If the recorder boots, but does not display the Main Screen, reboot the unit by toggling the front panel
power switch OFF and ON. If the recorder still fails to boot, call Vicon Technical Support.
