Check that Bluetooth is ON (enabled) on the WiFi

Advisor.

Make sure that the WiFi Advisor and OneExpert

DSL are within reasonable Bluetooth range of

each other (ideally 0 to 20 feet).

The WiFi Advisor is unresponsive

(locked-up)
