mA-3011 AXIe Embedded Host Module Operation Guide

Packing Procedure

Devices must be repackaged in original shipping containers using VIAVI packing

materials. If original shipping containers and materials are not available, contact VIAVI

Customer Service for shipping instructions.

Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number, return address and for

questions about proper packaging.

Packaging Procedure

Place module in ESD protective packaging/envelope.

Place module between foam inserts.

Place secured module in shipping container

Seal shipping container for shipment.

NOTE

VIAVI is not responsible for the cost of repairs for damages that occur during shipment

on warranty or non-warranty items.
