12. Defects and their elimination
The defects can only be eliminated by a trained contractual service organization which is also obliged to enter
the repair in the guarantee certificate.
The defects market with symbol “

„ can be eliminated by the user himself.
If the safety thermostat or the combustion products return flow fuse get repeatedly blocked it is also
necessary to call a contractual service worker.
DEFECT REASON ELIMINATION
1. Boiler cannot be started – the
ignition electrode for pilot burner
ignition does not sparkle.
Failure of piezoelectric ignitor Change the piezoelectric ignitor
Interrupted inlet to the ignition Check the perfect connection between the
electrode and the HV output to the
automatics
Faulty electrode Exchange the electrode
2. Boiler doesn’t ignite Boiler gas supply is interrupted Check the gas pressure in gas connection
