PNEUMATIC SYSTEM

CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY!

Push the X-button at the machine head, the red light illuminates showing the active

“BLOCKED MODE“

, or turn the machine off before checking the pneumatic system.

Failure to comply produces a risk of injury in case of an unintentional machine
operation.

CHECKING THE MAINTENANCE UNIT:

Check water in pressure regulator:

The water level should not rise to the level of the filter cartridge

After unscrewing the drain screw

, the water will flow under pressure out of the water sepe-

rator

Clean filter cartridge:

Dirt and condensation are seperated through the filter cartridge

Disconnect the machine from the compressed air supply.

Loosen the drain screw

There should not be any pressure in the machine pneumatic system.

Unscrew the water seperator

Unscrew the filter cartridge

Wash the filter shell and cartridge with cleaning fluid (no solvent) and blast clean.

Re-assemble the maintenance unit.

Check for system leaks.
