Check electrical connection to the lamp is
correctly orientated and engaged.
Check lamp filaments are intact, replace
lamp if necessary - See section 9.3 -
Replacement of UV lamp.
Do not attempt to test lamp outside
housing.
If problem persists call Customer Services.
Unit will not
operate.
Unit in sanitization mode and awaiting
presence of PASSkey. Present sanitization
PASSkey if appropriate.
