WEATHER CAB SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

Setup - 25

65. Install the left column

canvas (25) onto the

left side of the front

frame column. Fasten

the Velcro to the dash

panel (1), the frame

plate (2), and the

flange on the pump

cover (3).

66. Install the right col-

umn canvas (24) onto

the right side of the

front frame column.

Fasten the Velcro

to the parking brake

cover (1 & 2), and the

flange on the pump

cover (3).

67. Lay out the

Velcro facing down

Right

Left

canvas bellows

with the Velcro

on the triangu-

lar windows

facing down.

Identify the left

and right

bellows as

shown.

68. Install a bel-

lows support

strap through both the top and bottom sets of

holes on the left and right canvas bellows.

69. Hook the top bellows support straps to the left

and right cab front supports (1) and the left and

right canvas column mounts (2). Hook the

bottom bellows support straps to the left and

right cab front supports (3) and the left and right

flanges of the pump cover (4).

70. Fasten the outer

Velcro strips on the

canvas bellows to the

Velcro strips on the

left and right cab front

supports (1). Fasten

the Velcro strips on

the triangular win-

dows to the Velcro

strips on the left and

right canvas column

mounts (2). Fasten

the inner Velcro strips

on the canvas bellows

to the Velcro strips on

the pump cover and

the left and right

column canvas (3).

71. Remove the blank cover from the back of the

seat box frame, route the wire harness through

the access cutout, and connect to the wire har-

ness installed earlier.

72. Remove one of the grommets from the access

cover with 2) grommets and cut the grommet at

one spot.

73. Install the grommet onto the wire harness and

then reinstall the grommet into the access cover.

74. Install the access cover (27) onto the seat box

frame.
