Foreword 

 

Thank you for choosing a Veldink4kids Kiddo Adapt wheelchair. You have opted for quality. 
Veldink4kids strives to deliver products of very high quality, modern design and that fully meet all 
requirements applicable to the product and are safe for the intended use 

.   

After extensive fitting, this Kiddo Adapt is 
specially built to meet the requirements 
and wishes of the future user. It is tailor-
made! There are many options and 
accessory options available. Accurate 
individual adjustment is therefore 

possible. The wheelchair is easy to set up and adjust. The wheelchair can usually grow from the 
delivered size with the user. The Kiddo Adapt is intended for children who need a wheelchair due to 
their physical disability. The mental disabilities of the children can differ. 
 
Due to a high degree of adjustability and seating comfort, the Kiddo Adapt is suitable for long-term 
active use, splash-proof and suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. The maximum weight of an 
occupant is 75

  

 

The  Kiddo  Adapt  has  been  manufactured  in  accordance  with  the  medical  device  regulation  (MDR) 
2017/745.  The  Kiddo  Adapt  is  registered  in  EUDAMED  under  the  Basis  UDI-DI: 
87202995630ADA0013Q. 

 
The wheelchair has been tested and approved by TUV Rheinland for 
the safe transport of children in motor vehicles in accordance with 
ISO7176-19 (with a 75 kg dummy) and tested with positive result in 
accordance with the applicable requirements of the European 
wheelchair standard NEN-EN 12182 and NEN- EN 12183 (with a 75 

kg dummy).
