13.1.2 Replacing the display
Procedure
1. Disconnect the machine from the power supply
according to the description in the section "Main-
tenance".
2.
Remove the cover plate from the inside (1). Use a
screwdriver to unscrew the eight screws. This
provides direct access to the inside of the control
panel.
3.
Loosen all the cable and plug-in connections at
the display.

4. Unscrew the bolts on the display mounting and remove the display from the front of the housing.
Installation occurs in reverse order.
NOTICE
Ensure that no cables are not trapped when installing the display!
13.1.3 Replace buffer battery of PLC control system
The buffer battery of the PLC is located in the electrical
cabinet.
Procedure
1. Disconnect the machine from the power supply ac-
cording to the description in the section "Mainte-
nance".
2.
Open the electrical cabinet.
3.
Remove the cover (1) from the PLC housing.
4.
Pull out the plug (2).

Remove the buffer battery (3) from the housing and replace it within 20 seconds with a new one.
6. Reinstall the cover and close the electrical cabinet.
