Explanation of the indicator lamps
Operating elements Status Meaning
Flashing The machine is ready for operation. Press the
button to start production. START button
Illuminated Machine is in operation, production running.
Flashing The machine is in rundown mode and goes
into "Ready" mode at the latest 10 seconds
after the last product has been detected. STOP button
Illuminated Error display
Flashing simultaneously Decalcification process running. START and STOP button
Flashing alternately The water tank is being emptied.
Flashing The warm-up phase is active. The set water
temperature in the water tank has not yet
been achieved. HEATER lamp
Illuminated The set temperature has been achieved.
RESET button Illuminated An EMERGENCY STOP button has been
activated.
None Flashing or illuminated The machine is in the initial position or is
switched off.

9.3.2.1 Switching on after an EMERGENCY STOP
NOTICE
Before resetting the EMERGENCY STOP, determine and eliminate the source of the danger!
Reset
•
Close the service door (Fig. 3/1, Pos. 15).
•
Unlock the EMERGENCY STOP button by turning it clockwise.
•
Press the button RESET.
•
Production continues after pressing the START button.
