9.8 Starting production
If a program has been created and the machine has been installed according to the description in the
section "Installation of the machine" and is ready for operation, the warm-up process can be started.
Proceed as follows:
•
Press the START button on the control panel.
START button not illumi-
nated HEATER lamp flashing Water is filled and warmed up.
The set temperature has not yet been
reached.
START button flashing HEATER lamp illuminated The set temperature has been
reached.
Machine is ready for operation.
•
Now press the flashing START button to start the conveyor belt and the hot water cascade.
START button illuminated HEATER lamp illuminated Conveyor belt and hot water cascade
switched on.
9.9 Cancelling production
•
Press the STOP button on the control panel.
START button flashing HEATER lamp illuminated Conveyor belt and hot water cascade
are switched off. The machine goes
into "Ready for operation" mode.
NOTICE
The current water temperature is held.
NOTICE
The conveyor belt and the hot water cascade continue to run for 10 seconds just in case an
incoming product has been detected by the photocell during the last 10 operating seconds. If a
product passes the photocell during this rundown time, the rundown time is extended by an-
other 10 seconds.
9.10 Stopping production
Proceed as follows to stop production:
•
During production: Press the STOP button at the control panel twice.
•
After production has been cancelled: Press the STOP button at the control panel once.
The machine returns to the initial position. The main menu is shown on the display.
All buttons are not illumi-
nated Heater lamp is not illuminated Heater controller is switched off, the
water in the water tank cools down.
