RESIDUAL RISKS

tion can cause hearing damage. Wear ear protectors!

- Health injuries derived from vibrations in the hands and
arms if the device is used for a long time or if the device is
not guided and evaluated correctly

- Vibration damping systems are not guaranteed protection

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR ELECTRIC BRANCH

CHAINSAWS

Keep all parts of your body a safe distance from the
saw when it is operating. Before starting the saw,
make sure the saw chain does not touch anything.

moment of distraction while working with the chainsaw
can cause the saw chain to catch on your clothing or parts
of your body.

Wear protective goggles and hearing protectors. In ad-
dition, it is recommended to wear protective equipment
for the head, hands, and legs.

 Proper protective clothing

minimizes the risk of injury from discarded wood chips and
possible contact with the saw chain.

Do not work in trees with the chainsaw.

There is a risk

of injury when working in a tree.

Always provide a safe posture and use the chainsaw
only when standing on a solid, safe, level surface.

slippery or unstable surface, such as a ladder, can cause
loss of balance or loss of control of the chainsaw.

When cutting a taut branch, make sure you know that
the branch will bounce.

If the tension in the wood fibers

is released, the taut branch can strike the operator and / or
cause a loss of control over the chainsaw.

Take special care when cutting brush and young trees.

Thin material can get caught in the chainsaw and hit you,
or you can lose your balance.

Carry the chainsaw by the front handle off and the saw
chain should be off your body. Put a protective cover
on the chainsaw whenever it is transported or stored.

Careful handling of the chainsaw reduces the likelihood of
accidental contact with the saw chain in operation.
