In the manual mode of the AutoComfort system, the damping stiffness can be
adjusted manually with a potentiometer.
3.8.19.1 Adjusting AutoComfort cab suspension
The AutoComfort system can be set to automatic or manual position.

1. AutoComfort potentiometer
2. Front axle suspension deactivation / AutoComfort calibration switch

Turn the AutoComfort potentiometer to position A to activate the automatic
position.
The automatic position dampens the oscillation of the cab automatically. This
makes driving more comfortable for the operator.

Turn the AutoComfort potentiometer upwards from position A to position 1 to
activate the manual position.
In the manual position, the damping stiffness of the cabin suspension is
adjusted with the potentiometer.

To increase the stiffness, turn the AutoComfort potentiometer knob
upwards.
•
To decrease the stiffness, turn the AutoComfort potentiometer knob
downwards.
The flashing symbol on the AutoComfort calibration switch indicates the service
codes. If the light starts flashing, contact an authorised Valtra workshop. The
service code is also displayed on the tractor terminal display.
