4. Reduce the engine speed to idling.
IMPORTANT: Before stopping the engine, allow the engine temperature to
stabilise for at least two minutes.
In some situations (for example, after working with a heavy load) when you
engage the parking brake, the engine may perform cooling of the after-
treatment system by increasing the idling RPM momentarily. The word COOL
flashes on the A-pillar display.
IMPORTANT: Do not stop the engine when the idling RPM is increased.
Stopping the engine may damage the after-treatment system.
5. Shut down the engine by turning the ignition key to the STOP position.
6. Fill up the fuel tank.
In order to minimise water condensation, fill up the tank when finishing work
for the day.
