1.  Place the cast platform in the firebox locating 

it’s rear feet in the holes on the bottom of the 

firebox as indicated. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.  Place the ceramic rock base inside the cast 

platform. 

Make sure that it sits against the 

tabs behind the burner as indicated.

The fuel bed elements include the cast iron platform, the ceramic rock base, rocks and twigs. Unpack them very 

carefully to avoid damage.
