Illuminates green when the unit is on, and orange when the unit is in standby
mode

Standby Button

Puts the unit in and out of standby mode

Reservoir (Tank) Zone

Illuminates green when the reservoir (tank) heater is on, and red when the
reservoir (tank) is in alarm.

Hose Zone LED

Illuminates green when the hose heater zone is on, and red when the hose
heater zone is in alarm. There are two hose zones available on the unit

Gun Zone LED

Illuminates green when the gun heater zone is on, and red when the gun
heater zone is in alarm. There are two gun zones available on the unit

System Ready LED

Illuminates green when the system reaches ready temperature

Warning/Alarm LED

Illuminates red when the unit enters an alarm condition

Plus Button

Increases the value of the selected, editable field

OK Button

Enters or exits a screen/subscreen where a selected field can be edited

Right Arrow Button

Moves right through editable fields in the selected menu group

Minus Button

Decreases the value of the selected, editable field

Left Arrow Button

Moves left through editable fields in the selected menu group

Display Screen

Displays the menu and event screens

Setup Button

Displays the setup group screens

Setup LED

Illuminates green when the unit enters the setup group screens

Temperature Button

Displays the temperature group screens

Temperature LED

Illuminates green when the unit enters the temperature group screens

Pump On/Off Button

Turns the pump motor on and off

Pump On/Off LED

Illuminates green when the pump motor is on (enabled)

Setback On/Off Button

Puts the unit into and takes the unit out of setback mode. (Setback mode
reduces the temperature to keep the adhesive soft but not molten during
downtime, so it does not become overheated)

Setback On/Off LED

Illuminates yellow when the unit is placed into setback mode

Clock On/Off Button

Turns the clock function on and off

Clock On/Off LED

Illuminates green when the clock function is on
