9 Trouble-shooting
Display Possible cause Solution

▪ The following parts in
the appliance could
be blocked:
– Door filter
– Door filter mat in
door filter
– Front filter mat in
front filter
– Evaporator
– Cooler filter
▸ Check and, if necessary, clean the
parts.
▸ Acknowledge the message by touch-
ing the button.
▸ Start a programme.
If the error appears again:
▸ Note down the message in full and
the serial number (SN).
▸ Disconnect the power supply to the
appliance.
▸ Inform the caretaker, the owner of
the appliance or the property man-
agement company.
▪ High ambient temper-
ature ▸ Improve the ventilation of the room.
▪ The load is too wet/
heavy. ▸ Spin washing at higher speed / re-
duce size of load.
illuminates
▪ The door filter is
missing.
▪ The appliance door
is open.
▸ Insert the door filter and ensure it is
positioned correctly (see page 24),
or close the appliance door.
▸ Acknowledge the message by touch-
ing the button.
▸ Start a programme.
If the error appears again:
▸ Note down the message in full and
the serial number (SN).
▸ Disconnect the power supply to the
appliance.
▸ Contact Customer Services.

▪ Front filter is not in
place or is not in
place correctly: ▸ Insert the front filter correctly (see
page 26).
▸ Acknowledge the message by touch-
ing the button.
▸ Start a programme.
If the error appears again:
▸ Note down the message in full and
the serial number (SN).
▸ Disconnect the power supply to the
appliance.
▸ Contact Customer Services.
▸ Inform the caretaker, the owner of
the appliance or the property man-
