5. USInG tHe DooRbell
5.1 Answer a chime
When
/DooRbell
is pressed, you hear a chime. The doorbell automatically captures a photo of
the visitor.
Press
SPeAK
to answer.
noteS
Only one handset can answer the chime and start a video streaming session.
If you have more than two handsets, only the first two registered handsets display the photo.
The video streaming ends after 30 seconds.
Press
off
to silence the chime.
Only one doorbell can perform video streaming session at
a time. If other doorbell is pressed, you hear a chime, but
no handsets can answer.
When call divert is set to on:
Only the telephone base plays a chime tone and the handsets display
call divert is in progress
.
The telephone base calls to the destination number. For call divert setting, see
call Divert
section.
Enter the PIN on the destination phone to answer the doorbell call.
Press
off
or to end the doorbell call.
noteS
If you do not press
off
or to end the doorbell call. busy tone will be heard on the doorbell side.
When the screen displays the
call divert is in progress
message, other messages such as
xx
Missed calls
will be hidden.
5.2 Start a Video Streaming Session
Press
/VIeW
or
VIeW
when
/DooRbell
is pressed and you hear a chime on the handset

If you do not press the flashing
SPeAK
during the video streaming, the session ends in 2 minutes.
