WARNING
CAUTION
• Before starting the engine, make sure that the Auxiliary Hydraulic control lever is in the
NEUTRAL position. If this control is left in either the forward or reverse position and the
engine is started, the attachment will begin to function.
• Always wear personal protection equipment including but not limited to ear and eye protection.

Step 1.
1. Engage the attachment
Auxilary Flow Control.
2. Pull the Control Lever back
(Forward Flow) to engage the
hydraulics.
Note: The MC450 is equipped
with a one way valve on the
tank line to prevent the oil
from flowing in the wrong
direction. If the unit does not
operate with the Auxilary flow
in the Forward flow position,
engage the auxilary flow in the
Reverse direction (Reverse
Flow)
Attachment Drive Control
Before beginning any coring operation ensure that the work area has been
inspected and marked for underground utilities or potential obstructions. Any
contact with underground utilities can potentially cause injury or death. Call the
one call hot-line 811 to have the work area inspected and marked.
