Warning
To prevent the equipment falling down (from being hung up), a secure hanging must be used. This
means it can fall on to a strong chain, steel cable or something similar, which must be attached
separately to the bracket. The bracket supplied must be used as the main fastening so as to hang
the equipment up thoroughly. In order to prevent accidents, the applicable guidelines must be follo-
wed as well as the safety instructions / warnings being taken into account.
Keep the equipment out of the reach of children.
Using and changing the bulb
First switch the appliance off by pulling the plug put of the power socket and letting the appliance
cool down. Follow the instructions given by the bulb supplier.
- Only use a 6V 30W PAR 36 bulb
- Remove the clamping ring for the bulb by pinching the ends together.
If there is a bulb that doesn’t work in the appliance, remove it by unscrewing the two screws at the
back of the bulb.
- Unscrew the screws at the back of the new PAR 36 bulb with a screwdriver.
- Connect the wires to the bulb and screw the screws in again with a screwdriver.
- Put the bulb back in the housing.
- Secure the bulb again with the clamping ring.
Assembly
- Fix a trust clamp to the PAR-spotlight mounting bracket and clamp it firmly to the trust. The hole
in the mounting bracket has a diameter of 10 mm.
- If you are going to fix the PAR-spotlight high up, always use a safety cable on both the trust sys-
tem and the PAR-spotlight.
- Fit the corner of the PAR-spotlight and then secure the bolts on both sides of the bracket.
- Plug the PAR-spotlight into a 230V AC power socket using the cable.
