When ADDRESS TYPE is HARD, the address is
assigned by setting the dip-switches present on the
module of the Dome
When ADDRESS TYPE is BROADCAST or SOFT, the
address can be assigned to the Dome without acting on
the dip-switches but simply inserting the address in the
following menu, INPUT SOFT ID (logical addressing)
When ADDRESS TYPE is BROADCAST the Dome
replies to any address
