3.2 ANSWERING A CALL
PROCEDURE
Pick up the handset when the call indication devices are working (ringer and indicator).
Hang up at the end of the call.
3.3 REDIAL FUNCTION (RP/P BUTTON)
DESCRIPTION
Simply press the REDIAL button to dial the last number again.
Up to 20 digits including pauses can be stored.
PROCEDURE
1. Press

repeatedly until you fi nd the required
number.
2. To dial, pick up the handset or press

3. Hang up the handset at the end of the call.
3.4 FREE-HANDS FUNCTION (R BUTTON)
DESCRIPTION
The FLASH button is used to access the specifi c switchboard services of the PABX switchboard.
PROCEDURE
Press

when required to access PABX services.
3.5 ON-HOLD MUSIC FUNCTION (
BUTTON)
DESCRIPTION
The ON-HOLD MUSIC function is used to play a musical melody to the calls and keep the call on hold.
PROCEDURE
1. Press
and hang up the handset: the
indicator will blink to indicate that the function
is active.
2. Pick up the handset to resume the call.
3.6 FREE-HANDS FUNCTION (BUTTON
)
Proceed as follows to use the free-hands function when making a call:
1. Press
, the display icon
will light up to
indicate that the function is on.
2. Dial the required telephone number.
3. Press
at the end of the call. The icon
will go
out to indicate that the function is off.
During the conversion, press
VOL
to turn the volume up or down (adjustment is cyclical).

The Studio Cl telephone can store up to 5 one-touch telephone numbers.
Each number can consist of up to 32 digits including pauses.
