Codes / zones association menu

When a code is acquired, it is automatically associated to all the zones and so it is necessary to
disassociate it from the zones where it must not be active. If needed, the code can be associated again to
those zones afterwards.
To disable a code, it is sufficient to it from ALL the zones.
