Pump unit preparation for starting
1.
Check the oil level and clarity of oil in the pump seal chamber. If the oil is not clear but white, this
means that the oil contains water. Drain this mixture, check the seal and fill the seal chamber with
fresh oil.
2. Check the oil levels of the vacuum pump.
3. Check the oil level of the engine, add if necessary.
4. Check the level of the fuel in the fuel tank and add if necessary.
5. Check the state and tension of the divisible belt, which drives the vacuum pump.
6. check whether all panels of the casing have been mounted.
7. Check whether the drain valve below the pump housing is closed.
8. Check whether all connections of suction and delivery lines are tightened securely.
