VERTICAL SHAFT ASSEMBLY:

(Figure 8)

1. Remove the key (Figure 8 [4]) from the vertical shaft [2].

2. Invert the transmission housing on a suitable support and press the vertical shaft

assembly from the transmission housing.

3. Remove the pin [3] and press the bevel gear [1] from the vertical shaft assembly.
