9100 SERIES REFLOW SOLDERING SYSTEM

Clean Vacuum Generator Filter
To change the vacuum generator filter, perform the
following steps:
1 Remove the two hoses connected to the vacuum
generator by carefully pulling them, with a twisting
motion, from the generator (figure 4-1).
2 Remove the two screws securing the generator to the
bottom of the workstation table.
3 Remove four screws from side of vacuum
generator to remove the filter assembly (figure 4-2).
4 Slide out filter assembly and remove filter (figure 4-3).
WARNING:
Wear safety glasses when working with air
under pressure.
5 Clean filter by blowing off dust particles with low-
pressure air.
6 Reassemble the vacuum generator and reinstall it by
reversing the above steps.
Grease Rotary Table Ring Gear and Refill Lubricators
To grease the ring gear and refill lubricators perform the following steps:
1 Remove any pneumatic hoses between any jig and the central wheel hub.
2 Remove all jigs to obtain access to the rotary table mounting screw. Each jig is held in place by four
cap screws.
