Topside Control Installation
The T8-S topside should be installed on an outward facing edge of the spa
so it’s not subject to trapped steam/moisture under the cover, as shown:
Failure to do so will result in the need to prematurely replace the graphic
decal assembly on the face of the topside control.
The T8-S topside control requires just a single 1.75” hole to be cut out of
the shell of the hot tub for installation, as shown:
Once ready to install, plug one end of the topside cable into the back of
the T8-S, snake the cable through the cutout in the shell and down to the
control box, and plug the opposite end of the topside cable into the control
box. Affix the topside by peeling off the paper over the adhesive tape on
the back of the topside, than pressing it firmly into place, slowly pressing
firmly all around the perimeter to assure a good bond to the shell.
