Hoist is not working
Battery faulty or not installed
correctly.
Plug of the hand control not properly
in the control box.
Emergency stop off.
Correctly insert the battery.
Insert the plug into the control box.
Turn emergency stop button
clockwise.
Hoist is not lifting
Motor plug is not properly connected
to the control box.
Plug the cord into the correct port of
the control box (port 1).
Hoist is not lowering
Motor plug not properly connected to
the control box.
Lifting arm runs rough
Plug the cord into the correct port of
the control box (port 1).
Pull arm slightly from above
Hoist creaks
Dry running of the bearings.
A little bit of oil.
Leg/Legs are loose
Broken ball joint or threaded rod in
leg adjustment.
Re-adjust legs or replace broken parts.
Hoist has low power
Battery almost empty
Battery faulty
Motor faulty
Charge the battery
Replace the battery
Replace the motor
Battery drains quickly
Battery needs replacing.
Replace the battery.
