4.4 Machine Installation

Before processing with assembly assure you have the following tools.

Allen wrench

Step 1 Remove Pedal sensor covers.
Utilize Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screws on the Pedal sensor cover, take Pedal
sensor cover off and keep it.

Note: It is the same installation method on the other Moto assembly.

Step 2 Connect Moto assemblies with Main cabinet.

Align Moto assembly with Main cabinet. Connect all cables. Route the blue tube to the
back box through the hole indicated by circle.
Utilize Phillips screwdriver to tighten 4 screws (M6×20) to secure Moto base metal plate to
Main cabinet.
Utilize Phillips screwdriver to tighten 8 screws (M8×20) to secure L type metal plate to
Moto assembly and Main cabinet.

Note: It is the same installation method on both sides of Moto assemblies.
