Error Code ‘391’, ‘392’, ‘393’, ‘394’, ‘632’, ‘633’, ‘644’ 

•

 

If paper jams occur frequently, clean the paper feed rollers. 

 

1)

 

Gently pull out from the printer the paper cassette (1) for which an error is indicated. 

 

2)

 

Remove the jammed paper. 

•

 

If paper is not jammed, feeding paper may fail. Reduce the number of sheets of paper loaded on the paper 
cassette. Make sure that the paper stoppers are set in the right position. 

 

3)

 

Push the paper cassette (1) back into the printer.

Open and close the front cover to clear the error. 

 

5)

 

Insert your finger into the recess on the right side of the printer and pull the front cover open lever (2) to open the
