You will receive the following error message in the AppBlaster (NT-ware Edition) when
trying to update the firmware:
The provided firmware image is not compatible with the connected TWN4. Please
double check, if the firmware image was create for the connected device.
If you have any questions regarding this or if you face problems due to this change at
existing customers please open a ticket in the MOMPS area of the ITS and the NT-ware
Project Team will help you.
7.3 Apply standard firmware image (factory default)
In case you have to reset the reader to the standard firmware image (factory default),
please proceed as described in topic Uploading the app to the card reader (on page
12 ).
For MiCard MultiTech4-P -PI -P LEGIC proceed as follows:
1.
Navigate to ..\AppBlaster_-_NT-ware_Edition_3.23\Firmware\MiCard MultiTech4
-P -PI -P LEGIC\
2.
Use the firmware file TWN4N_CKx323_STDN100_CoreN_NT-ware_Standard.bix to
set the reader back to its factory default.
For MiCard MultiTech4-P BLE / -PI BLE proceed as follows:
1.
Navigate to ..\AppBlaster_-_NT-ware_Edition_3.23\Firmware\MiCard MultiTech4
-P -PI BLE\
2.
Use the firmware file TWN4N_NKx323_STDN101_NanoN_NT-ware_Standard.bix
to set the reader back to its factory default.
