move the pointer to one of the Distinctive Ring options
and then press the

If you choose not to store a Distinctive Ring, simply
select the "No Selectn" option.

Speed Dial
appears. Press
volume up/down
to move the
pointer to select the Speed dial location (10 locations:
SPD1-SPD0).
If you choose not to store the name/number as a Speed
Dial, simply choose the "No Selectn" option.
8) Press the
OK
soft key. You will hear a confirmation tone, and
Done!
appears in the
display.
Storing Caller ID messages in the Phonebook
Messages shown in the Caller ID list can be stored in the phonebook. The phone
number and name of the party on the Caller ID list can be stored in memory.
1) When the phone is in standby mode, select the Caller ID message to be stored
(see “Viewing the Caller ID List” on page 48). Then press the
EDIT
soft key.
2) Press
volume up/down
to select

appears. If the Caller ID message is already stored in memory, you will
hear a beep and

appears. The number will not be
stored.
3) To complete the setting, follow the steps 3-8 in “Storing and Editing Phone
Numbers, Names, Distinctive Rings and Speed Dial” on pages 38-40.
