There are two sorting results: PASS and FAIL,
outputting in
and
symbols respectively.
Comparison Method:
Absolute value tolerance ± TOL sorting: The
absolute deviation of the measured value and the
nominal value is compared with the limits of each
range.
Percent tolerance ±
TOL sorting: The percentage
deviation of the measured value and the nominal
value is compared with the limits of each range.
Direct reading comparison sorting: the measured
value is directly compared with the upper and lower
limits.
Beep: three options: OFF, PASS, FAIL.
Interface
RS-232/USB Remote Control:
It supports a baud rate up to 115200bps and is
compatible with SCPI protocol/Modbus.
Handler Interface: I/O port with full opto-coupler isolation
and built-in pull-up resistor. It supports internal 5V and
external maximum 35V power supply.
Input: trigger signal, output: all sorting comparison result
signals; measurement synchronization signal (EOC);
high current drive output, direct drive relay.
Test Frequency
1kHz, Frequency Stability: 20ppm
