Pressing the
MENU
key, submenus to set search modes are shown on the right side of the
screen:
•
Start: to start searching. All boxes disappear and only a STOP box is displayed; if you
select it, search is stopped and channels found up to that moment are displayed.
•
Channels: to change the search criterion (only analogue channels, only digital
channels or both).
•
Lev Min Anl: to set the minimum search level for analogue channels. You can insert
the value through the numerical keypad or through the shaft encoder at 1 dBuV
steps.
•
Pow Min Dig: the same as Lev Min Anl, but for digital channels.
•
Exit: to exit function.
The same function can be activated also keeping the
CH
key pressed a few seconds and
selecting CHANNEL SEARCH from the submenu.

2nd+NG:
to activate/deactivate the noise generator.
⇒
2nd+22K:
to activate/deactivate the 22KHz tone.
⇒
2nd+TP SAT:
to quick enter the menu to set tuning of satellite transponders.
4.12.
MENU CH (CHANNEL)
Press hold CH key for open the channel menu with follows options:
4.12.1.
CHANNEL TABLE
It supplies the list of canalizations for match the channels of terrestrial signal with
frequencies of each Country.
4.12.2.
SEARCH CHANNEL
It supplies the list of terrestrial channels in TV signal with specifications of type of signal
(analogue or digital) and measure of level.
4.12.3.
LTE
The LTE function will analyze the best coexistence of digital terrestrial signals with the latest
LTE signals which, because of their frequency and power, without proper protection would
risk interfering with the last available MUX DVB-T.
This function will help to calibrate the LTE signal protection filters or to assess any
performance of those used.
To activate the LTE function, press and hold CH, select LTE and press ENTER.
The instrument will automatically set the SPAN values and more selective filters to analyze
the best of their coexistence.
The markers will then automatically be positioned on the frequencies of channel 60 and
channel 61, activating continuous calculation in real time, comparing the power of channel
61 to that of channel 60.

LTE communicates the resulting ratio between the two signals in real time:
