Changing the greeting memo 

+

Follow these steps to change the memo that the Supercom 4400
sends when you press the greeting key (

+

).

1.

Press the options key (

+

). You will see PRINT

(UP/LOW) CASE on the display.

2.

Press the 

key until you see GREET

MEMO>GREETING on the display.

3.

Either type in a new name or press the 

to find the

name of a different memo in the list of memos.

4.

Press the 

key to save the setting.

5.

Press the 

key to leave options.

Saving relay information 

+

Follow these steps to add relay service telephone numbers to the
relay voice announcer message and to allow for automatic dialing
when you use the relay key (

):

1.

Press the options key (

+

). You will see PRINT

(UP/LOW) CASE on the display.

2.

Press the 

key until you see EDIT RELAY INFO (NO)

on the display.

3.

Press the 

to change the setting to YES.

4.

Press the 

key. You will see VOICE on the display.

5.

Type your relay service voice telephone number that you want
the relay voice announcer to give to callers. Use the 
key to correct typing mistakes.

6.

Press the 

key. You will see RELAY VOICE SAVED

briefly displayed.

7.

You will see DIAL on the display. Type the telephone number
of your preferred relay service provider. (711 is the default.)
The TTY will automatically dial this number when the relay
key is pressed. Use the 

key to correct typing

mistakes.
