Hold down the key and press the key to read messages at
normal speed. Keep holding down the key but let go of the
key to go faster. Hold down the key again to return to normal
speed. Hold down the key and the key to read back through
messages.
If you do not want to read messages when you turn off auto-answer,
you can do so later. Messages stay in memory until you clear them.
The Supercom 4400 will ask again if you want to read messages the
next time you turn on auto-answer.
Changing the contents of the pre-
programmed auto-answer memo +
1.
Press the memo key ( + ). You will see EDIT MEMO on
the display.
2. Type ANSWER and press the key to tell the Supercom
4400 that you want to edit the memo named “Answer.”

Press the clear key ( + ). You will see CLEAR
CONTENTS Y/N on the display.
4. Press the key to erase the contents of the memo.
5.
Type the new message you want to send as your outgoing auto-
answer message.
6. Press the key to save the new message.
